We focus on practical tools teams can actually use in production. Not demos. Not concepts. Working systems for working teams.
EchoCtl builds private software systems for teams that need better delivery and better communications. Our first products are Shipyard, a CI/CD and developer automation platform, and Native Comms, an operational messaging system. We sell the products and we implement them, so our clients work directly with the people who built what they are using.
Most teams do not need more software. They need the right software, configured well, actually running in production. We build tools that solve specific operational problems — release automation, pipeline visibility, action-based messaging — and we make sure they work in the real environment where our clients operate.
Our products are developed and refined inside our own internal software platform, HiveCore. This means we operate on the same systems we ship. When something needs to be faster, more reliable, or better designed, we feel it first. That tight feedback loop is what lets us keep improving what we deliver.
We measure progress by what is in production, not what is on a roadmap. If it is not running real work, it is not done.
Our tools should be understandable. If a team cannot figure out what the system is doing, the system is wrong.
We do not hand off a product and walk away. We help teams get it working, and we stay involved as things evolve.
Whether you are evaluating a product or want to discuss a specific workflow challenge, we are happy to talk.
